Conceived for a new type of traveller, it’s all about the mix. Unapologetic modern designed hotels that confidently mix n’ match mainstream style with bespoke eye catching and iconic pieces. The result is a bold and fun place for a high-end experience at a fair price. Finally, a place that gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t.

‘Feels Like June’ is a California-inspired restaurant with bright flavours, summer feels and a Europe-meets-West Coast flair where our hotel guests and local residents meet to enjoy from breakfast to dinner, cocktails or just take a seat with a laptop and work from our lounge area.

We are looking for someone who’s curious, caring and conscious attitude will play a crucial part in curating the TRIBE experience, which is defined through its authenticity and obsession in making sure everything is as seamless and functional as possible to make life that bit easier.

What you’ll do…

Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll support your team by leading by example, keeping them involved and motivated; helping them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing the best TRIBE experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.

What we are looking for…

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
  • Strong culinary skills with relevant professional training (level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene certification or equivalent).
  • Commercially savvy, you know your way around a budget and forecast and have a strong understanding of the financial expectations of a successful restaurant and kitchen operation.
