Are you organised, customer-focused and passionate about hospitality? We're looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing enquiries, bookings and events across Novotel and ibis London Blackfriars.
Working across both hotels, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing group, meeting and event enquiries from enquiry to delivery
- Building relationships with clients, agencies and maintaining current client relationships
- Preparing proposals, contracts and event documentation
- Driving conversion, upselling opportunities and revenue growth
- Coordinating accommodation groups and event bookings across both hotels
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
What we're looking for:
- Experience in hospitality, meetings & events, reservations or customer service
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience within a hotel environment
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud or similar hotel systems (preferred)
