Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

  • Lead all hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales and People & Culture.
  • Driving commercial performance and achieving budgeted revenue, profit and GOP targets.
  • Building strong relationships with owners, community partners and key stakeholders
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores
  • Creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture where team members can thrive
  • Shaping the hotel's growth strategy by evaluating market dynamics.


Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a midscale or lifestyle hotel General Manager role with a proven track record of delivering commercial and operational success.
  • You will focus on solutions not problems.
  • You are someone who leads from the front, able to strike a balance between commercial decisions and doing what’s right for the Brand.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
