As our Food & Beverage Shift Leader, you will:

  • Develop high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
  • Determine the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipment.
  • Supervise stock rotations for drinks and catering supplies, and identify any needs.
  • Be responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brand.
  • Coordinate with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc).
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa. In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
