Job Description
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will have full operational and P&L accountability for:
- GA KINGSX Bar & Kitchen: Our flagship restaurant and bar, serving a high-volume breakfast operation before transforming into a stylish all-day dining and cocktail destination.
- Conference & Banqueting: Driving revenue and guest satisfaction across 17 meeting and event spaces, delivering everything from corporate conferences to gala dinners and large-scale banquets.
- The Theatre Bar: A unique beverage concept integrated within our event and entertainment spaces.
- In-Room Dining: Managing our 24-hour room service operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the overall Food & Beverage operation across all outlets.
- Managing and developing a team of approximately 50 colleagues.
- Taking full ownership of departmental performance, profitability and financial results.
- Driving revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls and operational efficiencies.
- Creating exceptional guest experiences and consistently achieving brand standards.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing future hospitality leaders.
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between all hotel departments.
- Contributing to the hotel's overall commercial strategy and business success.
- Maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, health & safety, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an energetic, engaging and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing teams together to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role.
- Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs and P&L performance.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
