We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Chet's team. The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton and located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food.
Chet's combines the fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand with comforts from the classic American diner.
What you'll do...
- Support with running our breakfast service, and occasionally assist with lunch and dinner options.
- Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them.
- Ensure smooth operations, manage orders and deliveries, and maintain high food hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques to create a dynamic kitchen environment.
