Your purpose will be to exceed member expectations on a day-to-day basis while ensuring that the Fitness Areas and Activities are promoted and run effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional interpersonal abilities.

You will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring the Fitness areas and equipment are maintained and presented as laid out in the Brand Standards.
  • Assisting the Senior Receptionist and Beauty & Fitness Manager in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations.
  • Ensuring all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met.
  • Maintaining the five-star level of cleanliness required.

Your key responsibilities & contribution will be:

  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing the day-to-day running of all fitness-related activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility.
  • Maintenance and Presentation: Upholding high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for all gym equipment and ensuring the professional presentation of our colleagues.
  • Continuous Development: Engaging in ongoing training and self-development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Booking Management: Facilitating fitness and therapy bookings efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of our resources.
  • Safety and Compliance: Prioritizing health and safety protocols to create a secure environment for all patrons and staff members.
  • Customer Relations: Handling complaints with professionalism and addressing them promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Promoting Engagement: Infusing the environment with fun and humour to create an enjoyable experience for all users.
  • Administrative Duties: Managing miscellaneous administrative tasks such as providing relevant information, operating the switchboard, answering queries, controlling float, completing administration query forms, and accurately recording income receipts.

What you will need to do this role:

  • Passion for customer service and providing outstanding treatments to all guests.
  • Previous experience in a luxury environment or day spa.
  • Trained in body treatments, facials, manicure and pedicure.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
