Your purpose will be to deliver an exceptional five-star service experience by preparing and serving premium coffee and tea beverages, while creating memorable and personalised moments for every guest within Gallery, Scoff.

You will be accountable for:

• Consistently delivering warm, professional, and refined service that reflects the standards of a five-star luxury hotel.
• Delivering a consistently memorable and professional five-star guest experience.
• Engaging guests with enthusiasm and confidence, sharing knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to the highest standards of presentation and taste.
• Ensuring all service standards, policies, and procedures are followed to create a seamless luxury experience.
• Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the barista station at all times.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding with confidence, care, and attention to detail.
• Supporting the wider Gallery team to ensure efficient, smooth, and collaborative service.
• Preparing and serving a full range of hot and cold beverages with precision and consistency.
• Delivering beverages efficiently while maintaining elegance and professionalism.
• Providing warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest.
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge to confidently recommend beverages and suitable pairings.
• Upholding all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with company policies.
• Contributing positively to a professional, supportive, and high-performing team environment.

What you will need to do in this role:

• Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
• Possess strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques.

• Maintain high attention to detail in presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.
