Your purpose will be to create a sophisticated and memorable experience for each guest. This includes remembering orders, serving drinks, making emotional connections, and ensuring a seamless five-star experience through collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years serving or hosting experience in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Passion for and understanding of five-star hospitality
  • Quick thinking and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Collaborative team player
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Rights to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of a POS System
  • Basic knowledge of Open Table
