Job Description
Old Thorns Hotel & Resort have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Team Leader to join our Restaurant team in our 180-seat Restaurant.

We are passionate about hospitality and our Restaurant Team aim to provide a memorable experience for our customers through every meal, with a tailored service to match each guests needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Process orders through the till/check system and serve as appropriate.
- Clear and reset tables using trays.
- Keep your work area clean.
- Assist the Restaurant Management team in the day-to-day running of the King's Restaurant.
- Assistant in the onboarding of new team members.
- Support and implement all company initiatives and programmes as requested.
- Maximise every opportunity to 'up-sell' to our guests.
- Be fully aware of current liquor licensing laws and ensure strict adherance.
- Deliver high standards of customer service and help guests to create great memories.
- Undertake training relevant to your position to ensure your best performance.
- Assist the Restaurant Management team with other duties as required.
Qualifications
Must hold a Valid Right to Work in the UK (Sponsorship not available for this position).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Available to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).
