Job Description
Keeping the kitchen, equipment and work areas clean and organised
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with general tasks
Cleaning floors, surfaces and other kitchen areas
Taking out rubbish and keeping waste areas tidy
Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
Helping with deliveries and storing supplies when required
Working as part of a friendly and busy kitchen team
Qualifications
No formal qualifications required
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage
Basic understanding of food hygiene is helpful
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Willingness to follow health and safety procedures
Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
