Job Description- Prepare and service guest rooms to Fairmont’s exacting luxury standards.
- Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities.
- Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies with care and consistency.
- Report maintenance issues promptly, ensuring rooms remain in perfect condition.
- Handle guest belongings and privacy with the utmost respect and discretion.
- Support VIP room preparations, ensuring personalised touches and flawless presentation.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys and storage areas in a clean, organised, and fully stocked state.
- Respond to guest requests with warmth, professionalism, and a guest‑first mindset.
- Collaborate with Floor Supervisors, Housekeeping, and Front Office to ensure timely room readiness.
- Follow all cleaning procedures, including deep‑cleaning schedules and brand standards.

- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay aligned with service expectations.
- Support lost‑and‑found procedures with accuracy and confidentiality.
