An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Heart of House Porter to join the Food & Beverage Department at Raffles London at the OWO. Reporting into Heart of House Manager you will be responsible for providing the appropriate support to the various Food & Beverage outlets and front of office. Specifically as the Heart of House Porter your responsibilitys will include: All the areas that apply to BOH Maintaining of crockery glassware cutlery Maintaining stock of all items that relate to BOH. Understanding of the business needs Organising the BOH stores to an acceptable standard Managing of waste disposal and recycling Organising and cleaning of the loading bay Organising of deliveries and distributing them to the appropriate place. Who are we looking for A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure Exceptional communication and customer service skills both written and spoken An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
