Leydi is our Modern Turkish restaurant bringing the all-day food culture of Istanbul to London from breakfast until late with expertly-prepared mangal meat & fish, heritage grain wood-fired breads, low intervention wines and a sophisticated and fun ambience.
We’re on the lookout for a Head of Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all segments, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
What you’ll do…
- Develop and implement strategic commercial plans, in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue, to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments. You'll constantly monitor results, adjusting strategies and activities to ensure objectives and targets are consistently met.
- Manage and lead the sales team, fostering a highly proactive and high-performing environment that empowers the team to deliver on all objectives.
- Ensure close working relationships with regional and brand leads, as well as fostering strong connections with the wider global sales team.
- Provide invaluable local market knowledge to help us stay ahead of the competition and spot new opportunities.
- Collaborate with key teams ensuring essential information and insights are shared, building strong relationships to ensure everyone is effectively working together to drive top-line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities while ensuring we maximise our market share.
What we’re looking for…

- Ideally, you have 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are a natural at building strong and lasting relationships, both internally and externally.
- You're passionate about hotel sales and goal-driven, always looking for ways to exceed targets.
- You’re able to introduce structured ways of working into a fast-paced environment that relies on being flexible and moving at speed.
- Experience using OPERA Cloud desirable.
