First impressions are everything! As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Responsibilities

  • Quality: You guarantee an optimum guest experience at all times, anticipating and managing every situation to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Control: You are responsible for processing and following up all booking requests, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures including billing and cashing in.
  • Sales: You master and value our offer and loyalty program toward all customers, proactively developing revenue and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel experience preferable.
  • Guest oriented & problem solver.
  • Active, detail orientated, outgoing, caring and audacious.

This is a part-time position, 2 days per week. Rotating roster mix of early shifts (7 am–3.18 pm) and late shifts (3 pm–11.18 pm). Available to work weekdays and weekends. Adagio is committed to promoting diversity and this position is open to everyone.
