This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands. As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will:

  • Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
  • Be flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
  • Work in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Night and support the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
  • Be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. Our hotel offers 141 rooms, and food & beverage facilities. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
