WHAT WE ARE SEEKING: You will be accountable for delivering strong operational performance, leading a high-performing team, and driving commercial outcomes. You will actively seek new business opportunities and ways to optimise profit. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including the hotel ownership Portfolio Manager, and providing strategic leadership across the property.
