As our next Night Receptionist you Are the face of Novotel Edinburgh Centre extending a warm welcome to our guests during the night putting their wellbeing at the heart of everything you do while adding your personal touch to their stay. Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day. Are an autonomous and passionate individual dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotels services. Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to make sure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after. Ensure a wonderful guest experience. Ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis. Handling all calls promptly and professionally. Document accurately all internal and guest messages. Use every opportunity to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills. Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors Qualifications : Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud Fluency in English Customer Service To help you navigate your role and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
