At ibis London Canning Town, we’re more than just a hotel. We’re a vibrant, welcoming space where personality and professionalism go hand in hand. We’re currently looking for a Night Team Member to join our Front Office team and deliver exceptional service to guests around the clock.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a warm and efficient welcome to late arrivals and handling night check-ins and check-outs
- Managing night audit procedures and end-of-day reporting
- Responding to guest requests with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ensuring guest safety and security, including regular floor walks and handling any incidents
- Supporting with light cleaning, breakfast prep, or bar service if needed
- Preparing the hotel for the morning handover with a clear and organised approach
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or front office experience is great, but we’ll provide full training
- Someone who is calm under pressure, organised, and happy to work independently
- A natural communicator with great attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and confident using systems (training provided on Opera Cloud)
- Flexible and reliable, with availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
