Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisory role, preferably in hotels or high-volume restaurants

- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including alcohol service and wine pairings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining high-quality service standards
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- LCQ and/or Manager\’s Certificate is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
