F&B Manager is responsible for managing food and beverage costs upholding menu standards and controlling inventory. Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives. Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food drink and service they receive. Give attention to detail ensuring that that the work environment is a safe pleasant and wellmaintained space. Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks stock management and end of month reporting.
