Job Description
- Supervise the housekeeping team on assigned floors, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet Fairmont’s luxury standards.
- Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to guarantee flawless cleanliness and presentation.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating daily operations, priorities, and service expectations.
- Lead by example, maintaining a polished, professional presence throughout the hotel.
- Ensure timely completion of room assignments, managing productivity and service flow.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to room attendants and housekeeping colleagues.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring personalised and anticipatory service.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Engineering, and other departments.
