Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? Then, we have the job for you! As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.
Your main duties as F&B Manager will include:
- Coordinating the team to ensure that F&B operation is at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation and cost management.
- Creating a culture which is service focused, positive and driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach.
- Providing a high quality service throughout the guests‘ stay, ensuring that all requests are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Fostering the talent within the department to ensure that the team is effective in their current roles and developed to the next level.
- Liaising with kitchen team to ensure smooth operation between kitchen and service.
- Ensuring constant liaison with the Conference department.
- Preparing weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service.
- Create a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department / hotel.
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team while maintaining high performance standards.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling complaints professionally.
- Skills in budgeting, cost control, stock management, and driving revenue.
- Clear and effective communication with staff, guests, and suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, oversee operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day service.
- Previous experience in similar field.
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions is a must.
