First impressions are everything! As a Breakfast Team Member, you will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests each morning. Your role will include preparing and setting up the breakfast area, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and assisting guests with their requests while delivering exceptional customer service. You may also support other hotel operations in our busy and dynamic environment. This role offers a competitive salary of £14.80 per hour.

Qualifications:
  • Service-focused personality is essential, with a positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills in English are required.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy and multicultural environment.
  • Confident multitasker, able to stay organized under pressure, use initiative, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related hotel management system is highly desirable.
