We are seeking an experienced and professional Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at our establishment in Worsley, United Kingdom. In this senior kitchen position, you will take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, demonstrating exceptional technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing both the day-to-day operations of their section and the development of their team.
- Manage a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and consistency.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to support their professional development.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels within your section, updating chef with any shortfalls and minimising waste.

- Manage time effectively during service, prioritising tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen procedures and practices.
- Communicate effectively with other sections and senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience, with at least a year in a Chef de Partie or equivalent senior kitchen role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
- Proven expertise in food safety and hygiene standards, with relevant certification (e.g., Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate).
- Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in fine dining, high-volume establishments, or similar professional kitchen environments.
