Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and results? We are seeking a General Manager to take the reins at Novotel Cardiff: keys 138 – 11 meeting rooms plus swimming pool and car park and the infamous Restaurant “The Custom Shed.” A city-centre hotel in the heart of Cardiff, within easy reach of various amenities - ideal for a family getaway or a business trip.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with Novotel and Accor.
  • Take full responsibility for hotel operations, financial results, and brand standards.
  • Create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work and grow.
  • Drive sales, control costs, and maximise revenue across rooms, meetings & events and F&B.

The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, including owners, managers, employees, clients, and neighbours.
