As our next Food and Beverage Team Member, you will:
- Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very well.
- Deliver excellent service to our customers and ensure the quality of service is achieved in the breakfast, coffee shop, and bar.
- Ensure the working areas are clean.
- Handle any guest complaints and/or remarks and provide a response as soon as possible.
- Comply with Food Safety regulations.
- Take food and drinks orders and provide support to the breakfast.
- Listen to the guests at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided will win their loyalty to return to the hotel and the Chill #2 Café and Bar.
- Have an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel.
- Be passionate about the success of the hotel.
- Pay attention to detail and quality.
- Be willing to embrace changes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, guest-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifts responsibly.

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success, you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. By joining us as a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
