Mercure Bridgwater is recruiting a part-time Bar & Restaurant Server for 2–3 shifts per week, about 4–5 hours per shift. Most shifts are evenings from 5pm, with occasional early starts and weekend coverage. You’ll deliver warm, attentive service, take orders, and guide guests through the menu and drinks selection.
You’ll build knowledge of the menu, wine and cocktails to make great recommendations while maintaining brand standards and teamwork across front and back of house.
