First impressions are everything! As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Our ambition is for our guests to live unique experiences within our Aparthotels. Our philosophy is “A Home away from Home.” Ready to drop your bags with us? With or without a hospitality background, it does not matter! The essential is to share the same expectations and values as well as speaking the same language of our clients!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the breakfast buffet.
- Answer all questions about beverages and the food.
- Ensure quality service in the Breakfast area and kitchen.
- Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more.
- Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness.
- Apply safety regulations.
- Comply with equipment usage guidelines.
- Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant.
- Ensure your work area is clean.
- Organize your work and work area professionally.
- Clean and clear the breakfast area.
- Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience preferable.
- Guest oriented & problem solver.
This is a part-time position, 2 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays) with a rotating roster mix of early shifts (6.30 to 2.48pm). Available to work weekdays and weekends.
