When most of the city is winding down, you'll be helping our guests at ibis Birmingham New Street Station settle in, answering questions, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring the hotel remains safe and welcoming throughout the night. As our Night Reception Team Member, you'll be the friendly face guests rely on during the overnight hours, delivering great service while helping the hotel operate efficiently behind the scenes. This is a part-time role, working 25 hours a week on the night shift with an hourly salary up to £13.25 per hour plus benefits.

How a shift might look...

  • Welcome late arrivals and checking guests in and out
  • Support guests with requests and enquiries
  • Complete night audit and administrative tasks
  • Carry out safety and security checks around the hotel
  • Process payments and maintain guest records
  • Prepare the hotel for the day ahead, including help get our breakfast ready
  • Work independently while maintaining exceptional guest service standards
