You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant at ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus, you will take ownership of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable stay for every guest.

What you will be doing:
- Clean and service all assigned guest rooms and public areas to required brand standards
- Replenish amenities, linen and housekeeping supplies
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests
- Take responsibility for guest privacy and belongings while delivering excellent service
- Report maintenance issues, damages or lost property to supervisors
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding and distribution of linen
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Physical capability to stand, move, bend and lift throughout shifts
- Two years' previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
