We’re looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the day-to-day running of our two AA Rosette Restaurant, St Andrews Bay Clubhouse & Grill - serving the finest Scottish steak and seafood. Working alongside our senior F&B team, you’ll take the lead on shift, ensuring smooth service, motivated teams and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll take full responsibility for the outlet during your shift - from team coordination to guest experience. Beyond service, you’ll also play a key role in the ongoing success of the outlet, supporting with rotas, training, stock control and driving sales initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the outlet during service, allocating duties and ensuring smooth, efficient operations
- Delivering exceptional, personalised service and anticipating guest needs
- Supporting with rota planning, team scheduling and departmental organisation
- Driving team engagement through training, coaching and sales incentives
- Managing stock control, ordering and ensuring accurate charging procedures
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all areas
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and care
- Supervising the setup and flow of service to ensure every table receives a seamless experience

- Experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality F&B environment
