Ibis Styles London Ealing is looking for a rising star to join our team as Assistant Manager. Our vibrant 120-room hotel based on Cinema Theme is perfectly situated in the heart of Ealing, just a 6-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line, with easy access to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre and direct connections to Paddington.
This is a hands-on role for a passionate leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leads by example in maintaining and elevating brand standards.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
- You convey the hotel’s brand image and service culture through your exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome and strong presence in the operations.
- Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- Have previous experience in a similar related role in a hotel.
- Be hands-on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service.
- Be confident and willing to push boundaries to create the best work atmosphere for your team, to manage, train, and develop.
- Be solution-driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision-making.
- Possess excellent communication and financial skills.
