We are looking for a welcoming and energetic Apartment Supervisor to join our Southwark team! The Hoxton, Southwark, the third Hoxton in our hometown of London. This London borough is known for its colourful history.

We have 192 bedrooms, 2 restaurants - Albie & Seabird and our first Working From location not just in London but Europe! Albie is our all-day neighbourhood dining spot, drawing inspiration from the French and Italian Riviera. Seabird is our rooftop restaurant on the 14th floor, boasting an impressive raw bar, London’s longest oyster list and panoramic views of the city.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day & evening events, working within the strategy and events programme set by our Sales and Meeting & Events teams.
  • Pro-actively provide input and feedback, look for opportunities to improve & innovate how we’re using the space and how we manage it.
  • Whether it’s setting up the space for day or evening, handling ad-hoc requests and queries, dealing with invoices or gathering feedback – we rely on you to ensure internal and external customers have the best possible experience with us.
  • Manage a lean team, creating an environment where they feel valued, and provide them with opportunities to grow and develop.
  • You make sure the food and beverage in the space is top notch at all times, and our guests have everything they need.
  • Take overall responsibility for the health & safety of anyone using the area, including yourself.
  • You work closely with the rest of the hotel team to ensure you are providing a great experience for our guests, from first contact to when they leave, and beyond.
