Are you passionate about supporting pupils and families and making a real difference in a school community? The Accord Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint caring, proactive, and committed Family Liaison Officers to strengthen relationships between home and academy and to help ensure every pupil has the support they need to thrive.
The successful candidate will provide professional expertise, advice and guidance to staff and other adults regarding pastoral care and family support. You will work closely with the safeguarding team to deliver intervention for vulnerable learners, ensuring seamless access to specialised support both within and beyond the academy. This rewarding role will work directly with individual pupils and groups to build their confidence and self-esteem through the design and delivery of high-quality structured programmes.
The successful candidate ideally will have experience working with children and young people and will be able to build rapport with pupils. The position is on a full-time basis working Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, with a half an hour unpaid lunch break per day.
