Role Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator sits within the Talent Acquisition team, supporting all London hiring efforts, and senior level hiring efforts in the U.S. This role plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality candidate and employee experience while helping the business scale efficiently. This role will be based in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Support all aspects of Talent Acquisition for London, and senior hires for the U.S.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless, professional, and candidate-friendly experience.
- Coordinate interviews across phone, virtual, and in-person formats, managing complex scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones.
- Prepare and send interview logistics, including Zoom links and candidate communications.
- Facilitate onsite interviews and help ensure a welcoming, candidate-focused experience.
- Plan and book candidate travel and manage reimbursement processes.
- Track candidate activity and manage workflows within Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure timely communication and a strong candidate experience.
- Promptly collect and track interview feedback from interviewers.
- Maintain accurate data across recruitment systems and reporting tools.
- Assist in creating and updating thoughtful, well-aligned job descriptions.
- Support with sourcing passive candidates.
- Complete reference checks for candidates converting to new hires.
- Support the preparation and coordination of offer letters.
- Provide ad hoc project-based support on broader People Team initiatives as business needs evolve.
You Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or agency recruiting (agency experience preferred).
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
- A proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving—you are comfortable tracking down information and driving tasks to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and senior hiring managers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, high-performance team.
