Backed by premier private equity firms and headquartered in New York with 11 offices worldwide, we are a high‑growth, entrepreneurial firm building a European footprint in London.

Transformation Practice

With increasing complexity in the business environment, CFOs of private‑equity backed companies require strategic insights. Finance organisations are no longer simply result reporters; they provide forward‑looking data to support business decisions. Our Transformation Practice delivers strategic advice to PE portfolio companies on profitability improvements, finance process optimisation, liquidity enhancements and digital transformation transactions. This role will be based in our London office. Ideal candidates are local to London and can work remotely 1–2 days a week.

  • Assess and recommend change‑management processes, drive initiatives to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit/shareholder value.
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, keeping projects on track, managing client expectations, and performing course corrections when necessary.
  • Build relationships with C‑suite personnel at portfolio companies and representatives from private‑equity sponsors.
  • Travel extensively across Europe as required.
  • Assist in growing the firm by identifying and driving business development activities and internal initiatives.

Required Qualifications
