A mid sized West End law firm (with over 20 solicitors) and with an existing corporate commercial law practice is looking to recruit a further corporate lawyer/ partner/ partner designate to join their corporate & commercial legal team.

- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements & LLPs
- Banking & Finance (including Property Finance) matters

About You
The firm looks to hire a Corporate or Corporate Commercial Lawyer with experience of running client matters, ideally with an existing client base and who demonstrates:
