Accordia Care is looking for a committed and exceptionally driven Deputy Manager for a supported living service situated in Epsom, Surrey. This role entails supporting and assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained. Working within Health & Social Care can, at times, be high-pressure and unpredictable. There are times when the individuals that we support will be in crisis. It is essential that the individual applying for this role understands this and can keep a calm and professional demeanour whilst supporting those in need.

We support and help some of the most disadvantaged adults in society with a learning disability and autism, with the focus being on improving their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Requirements:
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a supported living setting, ideally providing support to clients with forensic mental health challenges.
- Extensive experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Level 5 Qualifications in Health and/or Social Care in Adult Care or commitment to pursue it.
- Excellent understanding of CQC requirements.
- A strong grasp of safeguarding, compliance and the highest care standards, ensuring a commitment to ethical and responsible care provision.
- A track record of effectively leading and motivating care teams, fostering a culture of encouragement and teamwork.
- Familiarity with liaising with clients about services users.
Desirable:
- A full UK valid driving licence
- Lives within a 30-minute commute / drive to Epsom
