Accordia Care in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking a committed Deputy Manager for a supported living service. You will support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure outstanding care and support for service users.
You will lead and motivate the care team, uphold CQC standards, and drive person-centred care for adults with complex needs. A Level 5 qualification in Health and/or Social Care is desired, along with a UK driving licence.
