Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule workshop jobs efficiently to meet deadlines
• Liaise with technicians, service advisors, and customers to coordinate workflow
• Monitor vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service progress
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and manufacturer procedures
• Maintain accurate records, job sheets, and reporting documentation
• Support the team to maintain high levels of customer service

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or in a similar role within the commercial vehicle or automotive sector
• Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership ability
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and workshop processes
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards
