Taking pride in your work, you’ll continually strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service to all candidates (and Hiring Managers) and promote the company in a positive, friendly and professional light. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely to internal processes, adhere to company and industry professional standards and provide support to the broader Resourcing team in busy periods.

- Experience of designing and managing European / international recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, able to relate to stakeholders of all levels and cultural backgrounds with ease and possessing a strong writing ability, with experience of drafting adverts and promotional messages to suit a range of media channels and roles.
- Strong organisation skills, able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, even in a fast-paced and changeable environment.

- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office and company systems (including HRIS).
- A recruitment or HR-related qualification, or a relevant industry membership would be beneficial (e.g. CIPD, IRP, BPS or equivalent)
