This role will require you to be ON SITE 5 days per week.
The HRBP will be a key member of the Hub or Site based People Team that enables and supports all colleagues based in the Hub or Site. Serves as a strategic advisor to senior managers, leaders and colleagues, driving people strategies to enable business performance culture and growth. Partners closely with senior managers to provide guidance on org design, talent management, workforce planning and colleague experience whilst ensuring full hub or site alignment with Global Policies and company ethos.
Responsible for the delivery of Hub or Site Workforce plan, identifying talent, championing organisational design aligned to company principles, driving leadership development, employee relations and communications, training and development, and change management for the Hub or Site. Enabling the EMENA talent attraction and retention strategy by supporting, coaching and advising senior managers through recruitment, management and engagement of their teams. Champions data and key metrics to provide senior managers and the Hub or Site People team with information to drive decision making and change across business areas and the site.

The Person:
- Substantial HR generalist or HRBP experience supporting leaders and teams.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and people insights.
