The Role

At Accord Healthcare, our Graduate Programme is designed to develop future HR professionals through hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to key people processes. As a Graduate Workforce Analytics & Reward Associate, you will gain practical experience in workforce analytics, compensation and benefits, HR systems, workforce planning, and people reporting. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals to support data-driven decision making while developing foundational expertise in Total Rewards and People Analytics within a leading biopharmaceutical international organisation.

  • Data Analysis

The Person

  • Degree in Data Science and statistics
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency
  • Pivot Tables
  • XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
  • Data validation & visualisation
  • Advanced formulas and reporting
  • Chart and dashboard creation
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
