The RoleWe\âre seeking a professional and strategic Integrated Healthcare Manager to partner with local Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across the full healthcare system, delivering evidenceâbased value propositions to drive awareness and adoption of our Urology portfolio in alignment with industry standards and organisational requirements.
Taking full responsibility for your territory (including budget and resource management), you\âll develop a portfolio by building relationships with primary and secondary care decision makers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to add value to the local health economy through tailored educational meetings and collaborative projects that align system, patient and Accord priorities.
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our Urology portfolio, analyse market data, map stakeholders, and create strategic account plans to maximise sales and market access. You\âll communicate scientific data through oneâtoâone interactions, speaker meetings, and educational events. Collaborating with crossâfunctional teamsâSales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and othersâyou will share learnings, maintain product knowledge, and support marketing initiatives to shape commercial objectives.
The Person
Significant experience in branded pharmaceutical sales or KAM roles within Urology or Oncology in hospital settings.
Experience across the full healthcare system, with a comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and funding flows.
Ability to map and understand key stakeholders\â roles in decisionâmaking and funding of medicines.
Experience optimizing formulary pullâthrough through collaborative projects aligned to system priorities.
Established relationships with systemâwide clinical decision makers, including Urology CRG Leads and GP Clinical Directors.
Strong KOL development and educational meeting planning experience.
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen; adept at crossâfunctional collaboration and creative account planning.
Excellent communication skills, confident building relationships at all levels, and adept at influencing and persuasion.
Good project management skills, able to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Solid understanding and qualification in ABPI code and UK compliance frameworks.
Degreeâlevel qualification in life science or businessârelated subject is beneficial.
