The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team to develop detailed project plans detailing the design, procurement, installation and commissioning phases of projects. Help prepare high level Capex estimates and timelines and develop detailed Capex costings for any speculative RFQ’s. You will also prepare an Engineering Project Charter for each project.
You will also be responsible for quality, maintain an awareness of cGMP within the Pharma industry and ensure that best practice is applied to process engineering designs, manage plant changes and ensure that department change controls and Deviations are closed out in an appropriate and timely fashion. As well as taking responsibility for EHS to ensure that suitably vetted contractors are employed on site as part of project delivery and that installations comply with ATEX directives where applicable, and that we are compliant with PSSR regulations and with CDM regulations for design and commissioning.
The Person
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Engineer with HND (minimum) in Engineering Discipline required
- Sound knowledge of project management and engineering techniques.
- Sound organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software eg Microsoft project
- Experience of multiple regulatory authorities (MHRA, EMA, other,) advantageous
