Accord are looking for graduate applicants from a variety of STEM degree backgrounds to join the team during Summer 2026. We welcome candidates who have strong analytical skills, are hard‑working, possess good problem‑solving ability and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. For candidates interested in our System Delivery discipline, knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle is advantageous.

Accord is an independent, specialist hydrocarbon accounting consultancy with offices in the UK and Australia. Founded in 2010, Accord Energy Solutions was the first Employee‑Owned start‑up in Scotland. Our team comprises over 40 highly qualified specialists, each bringing deep expertise across key disciplines in the hydrocarbon sector. With extensive industry experience, we are well‑positioned to deliver expert guidance and professional support in hydrocarbon measurement, allocation, system implementation, and quality assurance. At Accord, we will give you the responsibility and support to make a difference to our business from day one. Our collaborative culture will provide you with the right amount of support and autonomy to grow your skills as you work closely with our experienced consultants on both internal initiatives and client projects right from the start of your career. You’ll experience several projects, gaining broad knowledge and skills across our three key disciplines: System Delivery, Allocation Engineering and Measurement, allowing you to grow professionally and build your business acumen. Accord is committed to supplementing your on‑the‑job learning with formal technical and business domain training. You will work with your graduate mentor and your project team to manage your training to help you achieve your potential as a member of our team.

The position will be based in Accord’s Aberdeen office, 58 Carden Place, AB10 1UP. 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Depending on the project role, you may be required to work on customer site.
