We are looking for an ambitious Membership Product Director to join the Dis-loyalty team at Ennismore on a 12-month maternity cover contract, reporting to the VP of Digital Marketing, Product & E-Commerce. Work in close partnership with the EVP of Dis-loyalty, collaborating to drive membership growth & meet commercial targets.

About Dis-loyalty: Dis-loyalty is Ennismore's game-changing travel and food membership – and one of the most exciting initiatives in hospitality today. Rather than rewarding repetitive behaviour, Dis-loyalty actively encourages members to explore new destinations and experiences, turning the traditional loyalty model on its head. This is a bold, category-defining product, and this role sits right at its heart.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Product leader to cover a period of maternity leave and take ownership of the Dis-loyalty membership platform. Reporting into the EVP of Digital Marketing, Product & E-Commerce, you will lead product strategy and execution across web, mobile, and app channels – ensuring the platform continues to deliver exceptional experiences for members while supporting Ennismore's expansion ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product strategy for the Dis-loyalty membership platform, ensuring clear alignment with Ennismore's commercial and brand objectives.
  • Set a compelling, forward-looking product vision that delivers engaging, personalised, and scalable digital experiences – with an AI-first approach at its core.
  • Own and drive the Group Product Roadmap in close partnership with Engineering leadership, maintaining rigorous prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and clear cross-functional communication at every stage.
  • Take full ownership of the customer-facing product experience across the Dis-loyalty app, web platforms, booking engine, and brand websites.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, platform scalability, operational efficiency, and overall product delivery maturity.
  • Establish and embed scalable ways of working across the Product organisation, including documentation standards, delivery ceremonies, governance frameworks, and scoping processes.
  • Direct line management of the Product Managers (2) and the Product Design Manager (1).
  • Continue to build and develop a high-performing Product organisation through coaching, mentoring, and active talent development.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure product strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives and member needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of product strategy and execution across multiple digital channels — web, mobile, and app.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies, with experience thriving in fast-paced, iterative product environments.
  • Proven experience building successful products at scale.
  • Hands-on experience leading app development and optimisation, with an uncompromising focus on quality and user-centred design (Figma).
  • Data-driven mindset, with fluency in analytics tools and a habit of letting insight guide product decisions and user experience optimisation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills — you can inspire and drive cross-functional teams, and know how to bring diverse stakeholders on the journey.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align product strategy with broader business objectives, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Resilient and adaptable — comfortable shifting priorities at pace in response to evolving business needs.

What’s in it for you:

  • 25 days holiday (and bank holidays), pension and life insurance.
  • A health cash plan to claim money back and get access to lots of ways to support your physical & mental wellbeing.
  • Treat yourself with lots of retail & hospitality perks through our partners.
  • Excellent discounts across the entire Ennismore family for you and your nearest and dearest (even after you leave!).
  • Extra time off to volunteer with one of our partner charities.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Enhanced Family Leave.
  • Join an innovative, fast-growing, international group that’s committed to not just building new hotels but building a global brand.
  • The chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.
  • Become part of a team that’s very passionate about creating great hospitality experiences and building a portfolio of brands.
  • A competitive package and plenty of opportunity for development.
