Partnerships are a core pillar of the ALL Accor loyalty program, enabling the program to extend its value proposition beyond hospitality and offer members meaningful benefits in their everyday lives. The Manager ALL Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to extend market reach, access new customer segments, engage existing ones and drive revenue (through sale of points and generation of topline revenue for hotels). The role ensures that each partnership delivers tangible value to members and measurable business results through structured commercial plans, co‑marketing activations, and regular partner engagement.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Implementation of new partnerships: help draft the partnership contract together with the Senior Partnerships role with the support of legal teams; follow up on IT development and integration planning, liaising with global teams; prepare all communication touchpoints and a launch campaign considering branding guidelines.
  • Partner animation and commercial planning: build and manage annual commercial animation plans for existing partners; design and execute partner‑specific activation campaigns (seasonal offers, co‑branded promotions, member benefits); develop and manage the partnership newsletter and CRM‑driven communication calendar to regularly engage partners and drive member activity; coordinate the production of marketing assets with internal teams and external agencies if needed.
  • Account management: serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for existing partners; conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, share insights, and agree on activation roadmap; anticipate partner needs and proactively propose new activation levers.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: track and analyse partnership KPIs (cash‑in, in‑hotel revenue generated, member retention KPIs, redemption, campaign performance, etc.); prepare clear and actionable performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with the Global ALL partnerships, Loyalty, CRM and e‑commerce teams; liaise with legal to manage contractualisation.
Qualifications
  • Strong operational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
  • Marketing‑oriented mindset with a solid understanding of CRM and digital channels.
  • Rigorous, data‑driven approach with strong analytical skills and familiarity with KPI tracking and business‑case building.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate, with a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Solid experience in partnership management or strategic account management.
  • Strong written communication skills (briefs, partner communications, reports).
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
  • Business or Engineering school background preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a multi‑country or international organisation is an advantage.
  • French and English required.
