The Customer Care team plays a key role in the journey:
- Info Enquiries - Provide helpful knowledge on the products and delivery procedures
- Quotations - Provide a quote quickly following an assessment or enquiry
- Order processing - Process orders quickly to ensure delivery lead times are met
- Updating customer - Update customers on delivery dates (providing PODs)
- Aftersales Care (tech support/queries) - Deal with any queries or issues quickly and efficiently, to maintain the customer satisfaction we have given previously (Includes taking card payments, requiring operatives to be PCI DSS compliant).
As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, assistance, and issue resolution.
Your Contribution: Making a Positive Impact
- Order processing - retail sector, homecare sector, care home sector
- Quote processing - retail sector, homecare sector, care home sector
- Customer order updates - delivery, proof of deliveries updating on stock
- Liaison with 3rd party warehouse partner
- Provide support and resources for sales personnel
- Over the phone product assistance

- Customer feedback is recorded and financial targets are linked

- Strong communication (oral and written) and numeracy skills
- Effective and confident telephone skills, with an excellent level of English
